BESS Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities

▪Profile the agents, initiate new partners, follow up on potential partners and recruiting, and achieve channel sales targets
▪Empower the partners you developed or agents assigned by the company, including training, recruitment, accompanied visits, team management, customer service, and customer success, among other related tasks
▪Organize and coordinate market activities, analyze and operate users and potential users in the market related to the project
▪Layout channels for relevant regions, continuously optimize partner structure, analyze channel markets, keenly perceive market changes, and provide constructive suggestions

Qualifications & Requirements

▪You have successfully completed a economy degree
▪You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in Channel development
▪You have deep understanding of channel expansion and maintenance of relationships with agents; priority given to those with agent or partner resources
▪You are Proficient in common office software
▪You have trong sense of goals and stress resistance, quick-witted, active thinking, innovative, and capable of market analysis
▪You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, and also have basic knowledge of working with ERP systems (work4all)
▪You can speak native Italian
