Cloud Software Engineer

Your Challenges

IT Architecture & Solution Design

You will design and specify concepts for their clients’ cloud services. Our clients own services will help their clients to unlock their future trading landscape and enable the transformation toward a data-driven trading landscape. Their own software offers data integration, models for analytics, optimizations, ml-methods, simulations, and data wrangling.

Software Engineering

You will implement new and improve existing features. You will work in a small agile team and structure your tasks autonomously.

Integration Projects

Their project teams are developing solutions for their clients’ trading landscape. You will work on their client projects and contribute your knowledge and skills.

Help their clients to tackle upcoming challenges in financial, energy and commodity markets by introducing algorithmic trading, new forecasting and hedging methods, market analytics, and portfolio or powerplant optimizations.

Your Profile

A degree (Diploma/Master) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable area
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
Knowledge of cloud technologies and services
Experience with Java or Python
Experience with React (JavaScript)
Experience with web services and APIs
Experience with database technologies
Fluent in German and English
Knowledge of information security is a plus
Knowledge of quantitative methods and processes is a plus
Knowledge of financial markets, as well as derivative financial instruments, are a plus
