Country Manager Australia 

The high technology and the well-organized and performing logistics makes our client a reference point for all the companies specializing in solar panel market.

Tasks

▪Supporting the Company and facilitating the exchange of information between the central office and the local tax/legal consultants to ensure all needs and priorities are addressed
▪Analyzing the current Australian market for solar modules, and defining a preliminary plan for sales in Australia
▪Establishing a sales network for modules on the Australian territory. This includes:

▪Identifying potential clients belonging to the wholesale market (minimum quantity per order is 1 container)
▪Establishing a sales structure (through mono or pluri-mandate salespeople, sales staff, distributors, …) in order to successfully tackle the market
▪Monitoring the Australian market, ensuring to intercept its key factors (product types, prices, payment conditions, …) and to report them to the Board, in order to ensure to tackle the market in the most effective way

▪Organizing and coordinate go-to-market activities to be performed on the territory (client’s visits, exhibitions, …)

Continuously managing the network of salespeople/sales staff in terms of:
▪Setting individual goals, to ensure achievement of the overall goals for Australian market
▪Support in finalizing the open offers (through clients visits, meetings, …)
▪Training

▪Coordinating with the Sydney office to check on preparation of offers, closed offers, aspects needed to bring the open offers to positive conclusion
▪Periodically (monthly) reporting the commercial situation and developments to the Board
▪Supporting the salespeople in providing the first essential level of assistance in case of requests of clarifications or information from the clients
▪Ensuring to intercept compliance requirements of the Australian market and bringing them to the attention of the central office and the Board, to ensure action is taken

 Position

▪Full-time employee position
▪Manager level
▪Annual salary between 80K-110K EUR, to be defined according to the profile of the candidate
▪Bonus/MBO to be discussed between the parties: our client is very much incline to reward competence and commitment
▪Work location: Sydney (location yet to be identified)
▪Possibilities of remote working to be discussed with the candidate (potentially 100% remote or at client’s premises before office creation
