Our client is the largest importer/distributor of top quality inverters and battery systems in Europe. They work together with project developers, construction companies, EPCs and channel partners.

As Account Manager you will be a key player in the team and take the next steps in the energy transition with them!

What are you going to do?

  • Building and maintaining trusting relationships with customers.
  • Conducting in-depth needs assessments.
  • Streamlining communication between accounts, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring strategic collaborations.
  • Developing and implementing account plans.
  • Analyzing the market, identifying opportunities and threats, and taking action.
  • Reporting to the management team on account progress and KPIs.
  • Staying updated on market developments and innovations.
  • Resolving issues and complaints.
  • Preparing quotes and selling inverters and battery systems.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing.

Qualifications

  • Preferably at least 3 years of sales and relationship management experience.
  • Extensive experience in the solar industry incl. corresponding network.
  • Knowledge or great affinity with the (basic) technology of solar products.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Persuasiveness and good negotiation skills.
  • Process management skills: analytical, organizational and planning skills.
  • A proactive attitude and taking initiative in solving problems.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and other departments.
