As a Bio- and E-Fuels Sales Expert, you will drive the growth of the bio- and e-fuels market by identifying and connecting buyers and sellers, promoting sustainable energy solutions, and closing high-value deals. Your expertise will position you as a trusted internal advisor, enabling the team to navigate this dynamic and evolving industry. Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to sales expert on the Bio- and E-Fuels market, staying ahead of market trends and regulatory updates to provide the team with valuable insights and strategies.
  • Actively seek out and engage with potential buyers and sellers of Bio- and E-Fuels, expanding the client network and building strong relationships with key industry players.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that sales targets and quotas are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Take charge of negotiations, securing favorable terms and structuring deals that align with both the company’s and clients’ objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional service and uncovering opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
  • Represent the company at major industry events and conferences, strengthening its market presence and establishing it as a top partner for bio- and e-fuels solutions.

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, trading, consulting, or a similar role within the environmental or renewable energy sector, with a proven record of consistently closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Native or business-proficient English speaker; additional European languages (e.g., German, Italian, French, Spanish) are highly desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Bio- and E-Fuels markets, with additional expertise in Biomethane being a plus.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset and a proven ability to deliver top-tier client experiences.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
