About the Coastal Ecosystem Program
The Coastal Ecosystem Program is an incubation initiative that provides early-stage funding and tailored support for coastal ecosystem restoration projects. It guides project developers through a structured process, from pre-feasibility studies to the preparation and submission of their Project Design Document (PDD) to a carbon standard of their choice. With a carefully designed curriculum and expert partnerships, the program helps participants achieve key milestones, ultimately paving the way for full project financing and successful implementation.

Key responsibilities
- Strategy & Design: Develop and refine the program’s strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee project selection and onboarding, managing the program’s portfolio from start to finish.
- Program Execution: Coordinate all aspects of the program, including the curriculum, workshops, events, and operational logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, partners, and experts, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
- Milestone Evaluation: Assess project progress at key milestones, making informed decisions on advancement and financing readiness.
- Annual Meeting: Plan and deliver an in-person annual meeting for program participants, experts, and partners to collaborate and learn together.
- Reporting: Provide updates to leadership and stakeholders, working closely with the Head of Coastal Ecosystems.
