Key responsibilities

  • Client Identification and Research: Identify and research potential clients in the C&I and utility project sectors, targeting both commercial and industrial customers.
  • Relationship Development and Maintenance: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Proposal Coordination: Work closely with solution teams to create proposals that deliver value to both clients and the company.
  • Market Research and Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct ongoing market analysis and engage with stakeholders across the ecosystem, including associations, customers, partners, and EPCs. Collect and analyze competitor and customer insights.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify new prospects, adding them to the sales pipeline for tracking and follow-up.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in PV Industry Channel Sales: Proven track record in channel sales within the photovoltaic/solar inverter industry.
  • Passion for Solar Energy: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving growth in the solar sector.
  • Customer Engagement Expertise: Strong knowledge of customer engagement strategies.
  • Network in Switzerland and Smart PV Knowledge: Established network within the Switzerland and familiarity with smart PV solutions.
  • Interpersonal and Cross-Cultural Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across various cultures and backgrounds, both internally and externally.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in managing project operations.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, German, and French.
