Responsibilities

As an intern supporting the rollout of a new initiative focused on the investments into the sector. You will play a critical role in various aspects of the project, including:

  • Researching Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) methodologies and innovations from technical, commercial, and regulatory standpoints.
  • Creating presentations to explain findings in simple terms.
  • Participating in discovery calls with potential collaborators.
  • Assisting in presenting the integrated investment and recruitment service solutions.
  • Supporting talent sourcing and headhunting efforts within the carbon markets.
  • Helping to create and streamline the client onboarding process for both investors and investees.
  • Aiding in maintaining ongoing relationship management to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • In the final stages of university or recently graduated.
  • Genuine interest in the energy transition, carbon markets, and how strategic hiring contributes to companies scaling their impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
