Our client is a high-tech renewable energy company specializing in smart PV and ESS solutions, with integrated R&D, manufacturing, and sales. Core products include photovoltaic inverters (micro, string, and hybrid), portable power stations, residential and C&I energy storage systems, and intelligent energy management systems.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of regional business operations, including but not limited to market promotion, business development, sales, and customer service.
  • Analyze market demands and trends to identify customer and market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and manage their implementation.
  • Assess customer needs and identify key pain points to develop tailored strategies and solutions that meet these requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and devise effective response strategies.
  • Develop and execute impactful sales strategies and marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and lead the team in achieving sales targets.
  • Contribute to product improvement and new product launch strategies to strengthen product competitiveness.
  • Responsible for the establishment and management of the local team.

Position requirements

  • Extensive client network and market influence within the regional market.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited domestic or international university, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or solutions within the photovoltaic industry.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
  • Strong achievement orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.

Technical knowledge requirements

  • Knowledge of inverter products and solutions.
  • Familiarity with photovoltaic power stations, data centers, and energy site construction, including related project management and operations.
  • Experience in direct sales and channel management for inverters, data centers, and site energy solutions.
