Job Description
- Lead the resolution of critical live network issues related to energy storage products, ensuring swift problem-solving and long-term prevention.
- Participate in key maintenance activities, including deployment and preventive inspections, to ensure seamless product operation.
- Develop and enhance maintenance platforms, strengthening the technical capabilities of team members in the energy storage domain.
- Define and implement product/solution version DFX and maintainability requirements, ensuring compliance and successful acceptance.
- Drive the design and implementation of digital O&M solutions (e.g., IT tools) to optimize product maintainability and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge of new energy fields, including Electrical Engineering, Electrochemical Engineering, Material Engineering, and Energy Storage.
- Understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS); experience in energy storage and high-voltage fields is a plus.
- At least one year of experience in developing, testing, or maintaining energy storage products or solutions is preferred.
- Prior experience with energy-related products is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- A minimum of two years of experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
- University degree in Energy Storage or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university is preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
