What are you going to do?
As an Energy Manager, you will be crucial in the energy transition for medium to large organizations. Your responsibilities include defining strategic energy plans and overseeing their implementation, focusing on energy strategy, on-site energy solutions, off-site energy agreements (PPAs), and managing residual energy. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, managing a portfolio and coordinating with energy suppliers, solution providers, and other stakeholders. Your role involves engaging with stakeholders to ensure project success, influencing C-level decision-makers, and improving clients’ EBIDTA.
Additionally, you will target and understand the specific needs of an industry segment, crafting tailored solutions and supporting the commercial process. You will work within a team, sharing insights and best practices, while also being involved in strategic decisions to maximize value for both clients and your organization.
Qualifications
- You ideally have 2 years of relevant experience in business-to-business (B2B) within the energy industry.
- You have demonstrated a track record of 3 to 7 years in a professional capacity.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Law.
- You are a native speaker of one national language and fluent in the second language, including English.
- You have strong analytical skills, show curiosity for technical aspects and a genuine interest in your clients, paired with excellent communication skills.
- You show commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
- You are a natural team player. You actively collaborate with your colleagues to deliver results.
- You are hands-on and proactive.
- You want to be an active contributor to the energy transition and are ready to walk the talk.
- You have a driver’s license (Category B).
