What are you going to do?

As an Energy Partner, you will be integral to the energy transition for large and complex organizations. Your key responsibilities include managing major corporate and public clients, steering energy strategies, and overseeing the implementation of solutions. This involves developing comprehensive energy roadmaps focused on four areas: energy strategy, on-site energy, off-site green energy (Power Purchase Agreements), and managing residual energy from the grid. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships with energy suppliers and partners, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs, all while aiming to improve their EBITDA.

Additionally, you will mentor and support a team of Energy Managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering their professional growth.

Qualifications

  • You have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) engagements within the energy industry.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of at least 5 to 10 years in a professional capacity.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Law.
  • You have leadership skills with a passion for nurturing team growth.
  • You are a native speaker of one national language and fluent in the second in the second language, including English.
  • You want to be an active contributor to the energy transition & are ready to walk the talk.
  • You have good analytical skills, show curiosity for technical aspects and a genuine interest in your clients, paired with excellent communication skills.
