Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager (Social Media/Event Marketing) to plan and execute brand promotion and advertising campaigns across major social media platforms. This role involves developing tailored marketing strategies, analyzing campaign data, optimizing advertising performance, and enhancing brand presence and engagement.

Your Mission

  • Plan and Execute Campaigns: Lead brand promotion and advertising efforts on major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create customized marketing strategies for various products, markets, and platforms within the renewable energy sector.
  • Content and Advertising Management: Establish a social media content calendar and maintain an advertising material library.
  • Monitor and Analyze Data: Track social media advertising data, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize Ad Performance: Continuously refine advertising strategies to improve performance and ROI.
  • Enhance Social Media Operations: Optimize social media account operations based on performance data to boost influence.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ social media content and promotion strategies within the renewable energy industry.
  • Improve Off-Site Promotion: Continuously enhance off-site promotion strategies and resources.
  • Exhibition Marketing: Plan and execute marketing activities for major European exhibitions such as InterSolar and Energy Storage Europe.
  • Video Content Production: Develop and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Data Support: Provide data support for new promotion plans.

Your Profile

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in social media operations and promotion, or e-commerce advertising within the renewable energy sector.
  • Exhibition Experience: Experience with major European exhibitions such as InterSolar and Energy Storage Europe is highly desirable.
  • Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with multiple European social media platforms and proficiency in using advertising analysis tools, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Content Creation Skills: Experience and resources to produce high-quality video content for social media platforms.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a systematic approach to thinking.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, strong execution ability, and team spirit.
  • Flexibility and Travel: Willingness to travel abroad as necessary for exhibitions, events, and other business needs.
  • Language Skills: Native German Speaker or C2 is required + fluent English
