Key responsibilities
- Preparing prop and cross-border trade strategies in European Gas Markets,
- Taking calculated risks while clearly communicating the objectives,
- Negotiating and transacting standard products,
- Providing market intelligence,
- Delivering P&L reports of trading desk,
- Developing required models with Quant, IT and Market Analysis teams
Who are they looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Econometric, Statistics and Engineering (MSc / MBA degree is a plus)
- At least two years of gas trading experience in the NWE region
- Strong fundamental understanding of European gas markets,
- General knowledge of global commodity markets,
- Able to keep up excellent relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders,
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively,
- Comfortable with analyzing and presenting numerical results in an understandable manner,
- Ability to work under pressure to meet challenging targets and time schedules,
- Strong team player, result-oriented,
- Coordinate numerous tasks in parallel,
- Willingness to research new and novel ideas and go through with execution,
- High level of reliability
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- No travel restriction (domestic or international)
