Customer Success Gas & Power Markets
Our client is a service provider for the European electricity and gas markets (producers, suppliers, traders). They edit a software (SAAS platform for market operations management) and offer a 24/7 operational service allowing their customers to delegate all or part of their market activities the them.
As part of its strong European growth, our client is recruiting a Customer Success for its French and Belgian subsidiaries. You will be part of an international group (Australia, UK, Belgium and France) and will work in an independent and human-sized entity (40 people) based in Paris, France and Brussels, Belgium.

On a daily basis you will be in charge of:
- Ensure the relationship with customers regarding functional and technical aspects
- Ensure project management for new customers / new features
- Configure, test and put into production the customer environments (new and existing)
- Provide functional and technical support to customers in collaboration with the development teams
- Provide support to the sales teams during the bidding and demo phases
- Participate in the team’s on-call duties
Required skills:
- Strong capacity for technical analysis, understanding of the business and its transcription within our solution
- Strong taste for customer relations – You have a strong relational ease
- The desire to provide solutions
- A strong interest in the energy markets. Knowledge of them is a plus.
- English and French are not a problem for you
- Knowledge of another language is a plus
