PV Channel Manager

Our client is Ireland-based Renewable energy company (PV/BESS sector) serves as a center of excellence for advancing sustainable energy technologies and smart power solutions. The company focus on developing innovative systems that enhance energy efficiency, enable renewable energy integration, and support the transition to low-carbon infrastructure.

By combining expertise in power electronics, intelligent energy management, and data-driven optimization, the client create solutions for data centers, transportation, and green energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner Ecosystem Development: Lead the planning and execution of partner ecosystem strategies. Build and strengthen relationships with key Gold and Silver partners, guide them on sales strategies and solutions, drive the execution of channel policies, and ensure sales target achievement.
• Partner Capability Building: Provide insights on the commercial and distribution market landscape. Build and expand partner networks, identify capability gaps, design and deliver partner enablement programs, and track their effectiveness.
• Marketing & Operational Support: Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners. Support partners in business operations, oversee risk control measures, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

Professional Knowledge

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the solar or renewable energy sector (background in power electronics, power systems, electrical engineering, energy, or related fields preferred).
• Highly driven, motivated, and passionate about the solar industry.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement and relationship management.

Key Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and resource integration skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with quick learning ability to understand complex solutions.
• Strong interest in sales and business development with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Basic Requirements

• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Language: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
