This role is a primary driver of growth in the Utility and DG (Distributed Generation) business across assigned regions. Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute country-specific sales strategies to align with European sales goals, ensuring target achievement.
  • Strategic Business Development: Collaborate with other KAMs in target countries to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, securing partnerships to expand revenue and market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction through tailored solutions and effective communication. Serve as the primary contact for key accounts.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct research to identify potential customers and assess market demands. Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in sales, business development, or strategic marketing, ideally within the solar industry and with tier-1 companies.
    • Experience managing and delivering projects above 50MW is an advantage.

Skills

  • Proficient in key account management, sales, and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of the solar industry, relevant government policies, and project development cycles in assigned regions.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills across all organizational levels.

Other Requirements

  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% within target regions and between the EU and China.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and the local language(s).
