Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical advocate for our products and solutions, influencing customer product selection by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored system solutions through extensive product knowledge and customer support expertise.
  • Support the sales team in converting initial customer interactions into successful sales contracts, from pre-sales discussions and system design to contracting and construction phases.
  • Stay informed about competitor products and market trends, advocating for solutions based on existing offerings and contributing to the development of new products, solutions, and service concepts.
  • Assist in managing the technical aspects of RFx (Request for Proposal/Quotation) processes.
  • Deliver in-person and online training sessions on product installation and usage.
  • Perform other technical and business-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., electrical, mechanical, systems) or physical sciences (e.g., physics, materials, chemistry) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in battery energy storage systems, power electronics, or renewable energy industries.
  • Proven results-driven approach, with customer-facing experience and a track record of business success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; strong ability to influence and connect with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering (e.g., electrical, mechanical, systems) or physical sciences (e.g., physics, materials, chemistry) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in selling, applying, or developing residential energy storage systems within the U.S. market.
  • Familiarity with U.S. codes, standards, incentive programs, and project permitting processes.
  • Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time to engage with customers and support the sales team.
