Main responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, creating and implementing customer relationship strategies to support market growth and expand market share.
- Take the lead in strategic projects, managing operations and securing major deals.
- Gain insight into customer strategies, identify strategic cooperation opportunities, and develop plans to drive collaborative success. Influence customer requirements by understanding their pain points in business, networks, and services.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, guiding win-win projects and solving customer challenges.
- Lead negotiations, design transaction models, and manage project operations, including dispute resolution and risk mitigation in complex scenarios.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications solutions and services.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and operational processes.
- Strong expertise in sales process management, contract negotiation, and project execution.
- Skilled in building long-term customer relationships.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.
