A leading international renewable energy company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to support its expansion in Poland. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of clean energy solutions spanning power generation, energy storage, and digital energy management platforms.
As Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing new markets, building strong client relationships, and delivering end-to-end renewable energy solutions. This is a strategic role that requires a commercial mindset, strong leadership, and an in-depth understanding of the renewable energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales targets and grow key client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Engage with senior decision-makers and build long-term customer partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and drive innovation.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction, resolve issues, and uncover new needs.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Monitor account performance metrics including revenue, satisfaction, and profitability.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers.
- Support marketing efforts with tailored materials and campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of business development and sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the renewable energy sector.
- Deep understanding of renewable technologies including BESS, Wind, and/or H2.
- Proven success in building sales pipelines and growing new markets with limited resources.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Independent, self-driven, and results-focused.
- Willingness to travel within Poland and internationally as required.
- Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a strong advantage.
