Key Responsibilities
- Align and coordinate service strategies across sales, solution, and service teams
- Support project bidding processes with a clear focus on service deliverables
- Design and propose tailored service solutions for energy clients (single-product and integrated)
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships in the energy service domain
- Work closely with partners to define scopes of service and present customized solutions
- Facilitate training and enablement sessions for internal teams and external partners
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field
- Solid understanding of one or more of the following industries: photovoltaics, data centers, or battery energy storage systems
- Demonstrated experience in technical project support or project management
- Working knowledge of service operations and delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field
- Willingness to travel across Germany as needed
Language Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Chinese language skills are considered an advantage
