Main Responsibilities

  • Engineering Support: Oversee project engineering processes (kick-off meetings, hardware/software supervision, acceptance tests). Provide onsite support for surveys, installation/commissioning training, and troubleshooting.
  • Pre-Sales Collaboration: Lead technical workshops, support bidding processes, and present service/product solutions at industry expos.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as 2nd-level hotline support; manage SLM/TLM services independently or with a team.
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Onsite intervention for major/critical problems unresolved per SLA.
  • Case Management: Handle technical cases via ticketing systems; monitor on-site quality and drive process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, product managers, and partners to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in solar energy (Utility/C&I//BESS/STS domain preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret electrical schematics; deep understanding of PV plant structures and C&I solutions (Battery, EV, Inverter)
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, teamwork, and independent problem-solving. Excellent communication (German C1 & English fluency).
  • Travel: Willingness for frequent business trips (primarily within Germany around 50% time). Hold valid driving license
