Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers in German via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Efficiently handle technical complaints and failure feedback. Conduct thorough problem analysis, diagnosis, and develop practical solutions.
  • Monitor and summarize after-sales support activities for inverters and related products. Continuously optimize service processes and improve service quality.
  • Assist customers with fault analysis and troubleshooting remotely (via phone or email).
  • Analyze relevant data to improve data accuracy and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promptly report and resolve product-related issues.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Language Skills

  • Native German speaker with strong business English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Professional Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a serious, responsible, and detail-oriented work attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong customer service mindset.

Additional Requirements

  • Demonstrate clear logical thinking and a structured approach to resolving post-sales technical issues. Ability to solve problems quickly and accurately.
  • Solid understanding of the technical principles and application scenarios of energy storage and related products. Relevant industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
  • Knowledge of European laws and local labor/industry regulations to ensure compliance in all work practices.
