Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives while addressing the specific needs of the local market.
- Drive the stable and sustainable development of the local organization.
- Business Development & Sales
- Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth, including new markets, channels, clients, and products, fostering sustainable business expansion.
- Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to convert opportunities into measurable sales results.
- Performance Management
- Take ownership of sales performance, forecasting annual revenues and expenditures, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage country-specific budgets and resources, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations, including technical support, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing business or operational crises promptly and effectively.
- Team Management and Development
- Build and lead a high-performing team, managing recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Foster a positive company culture that promotes employee engagement and excellence.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics, regularly reviewing and optimizing team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development and sales, with demonstrated success in driving growth and managing client portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of renewable energy solutions, particularly solar and energy storage systems.
- Established professional network within the energy sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a target-driven sales environment, ideally within the technology or renewable energy industry.
