Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop company strategy for growth and profitability aligned with global goals, also align with the local market, ensuring the stable development of the local company.

Business Development & Sales

  • Monitor the competitive landscape, identify opportunities for sales growth, including but not limited to new opportunities, new channels, new clients, and new products, driving sustainable business growth.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to convert business opportunities into actual sales results.

Performance Management

  • Take the responsibility of the sales performance, forecast annual sales revenues and expenditures, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Manage country-specific budgets and resources, control budget schedule and effectiveness, ensuring profitability and cost control.

Operations Management

  • Day-to-day operations, including technical support, marketing, finance, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Identify potential risks and develop response plans. Respond swiftly and effectively to any business or operational crises.

Team Management and Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Foster a positive company culture and high employee engagement.
  • Set goals and performance indicators, regularly review team performance, and make adjustments when it is necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales hunting and portfolio growth.
  • Deep understanding of renewable energy solutions, especially solar and energy storage systems.
  • Robust professional network within the energy sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business development or sales management.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a target-driven sales environment, preferably in technology or renewable energy industries.
