Responsibilities

As Key Account Manager (KAM), you are responsible for the customer journey; from prospecting and sales to delivery and up-sales. They offer a wide range of energy and sustainability services to companies throughout the Nordic region.

You will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships and ensuring that we deliver services and solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations.

You will be part of an experienced team and have the support of some of the best Key Account Managers found in the Nordic energy industry. You will work closely with skilled colleagues also in other departments, including portfolio management, analysis, and sustainability.

Important tasks and areas of responsibility mainly include the following main areas:

Sales– with a focus of acquiring new customers

▪Offer our broad service and product portfolio in the area of sustainability and energy
▪Participate in discussions and development of the sales plan, build, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
▪Drive prospecting and sales and successfully contribute to increase our Swedish/Nordic customer base
▪Manage up- and cross-selling to your existing customer base.

KAM – focus on building and developing customer relationships

▪Business responsibility in the role of KAM for both assigned and won customers
▪Maintain and build strong relationships with all customers through regular dialogue, meetings etc
▪Manage complex sales cases and services through customer meetings, inquiries, quotes, renewal of relevant customer
▪Coordinate and lead relevant service teams together with colleagues also in areas of physically and financially energy management, sustainability solutions and online reporting

Qualifications

▪Preferably at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales work/customer responsibility, preferably in the energy or sustainability area
▪Understanding of purchasing processes in large and medium-sized organizations
▪Strong communicative ability in both speech and writing
▪Language skills: preferably Swedish
▪Willingness and ability to travel (primarily within Sweden) is important
