Job overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead their dynamic marketing campaigns, focusing on organizing top-tier events and trade shows in the solar/datacenter energy and energy storage sectors. Your mission will be to highlight their state-of-the-art technology and sustainable solutions to an international audience, solidifying their leadership in the solar technology market.

Primary responsibilities

▪Event Leadership: Take charge of planning, organizing, and executing major trade shows and events, ensuring they meet their high standards from start to finish.
▪Budget Oversight: Create and manage detailed project budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with their financial plans.
▪Vendor Collaboration: Partner with external agencies and vendors to develop compelling event presentations and promotional materials.
▪Logistics Coordination: Handle all logistical aspects of event planning, including selecting venues, managing vendors, and coordinating on-site activities.
▪Team Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on event goals and deliverables.
▪Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of events through detailed post-event reports and analysis, using insights to improve future strategies and measure return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

▪Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising, preferably within the energy industry.
▪Language Skills: Native Dutch speaker with high proficiency in English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
▪Digital Marketing Skills: Ability to leverage social media, SEO, and content marketing to enhance event reach and impact.
▪Financial Acumen: Strong capability in budget management and overseeing payment processes.
▪Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and team members.
▪Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
