About the job

At Clean Globe Staffing (CGS) you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the Renewable Energy market. You will be onboarded by our People Team and your Buddy and receive extensive training and guidance in order to set you up for success as a 360 Sales Consultant.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

Learn all the tactics how to set up and strategically run your ‘own’ business within CGS
Doing 360 headhunting; from sourcing to placement
New business development to create your client portfolio
Pro-actively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managers
Business optimization to create Key Accounts
Guiding your candidates through the entire application process at a client

Qualifications we ask for:

Bachelor or Master
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of French, German, Swedish, Japanese (or any kind of 2nd language is an advantage
 Result driven mindset
 Sales experience is a big plus
Living in the Amsterdam area
