Our client was founded in 2007. They are a solution provider to the renewables & building industry. They specialise in the development, manufacturing, and engineering of solar mounting & cable management gear.
The position is responsible for leading the sales activities in the EU markets and reports to the company’s International Sales Director.
Responsibilities
Set up strategies and plannings for the market entry and product sales Execute and carry out the strategies and plans of marking and product sales, promote the company’s brand and achieve the sales targets Build and develop local sales team in accordance with the strategy and business plan, direct and supervise the sales activities Develop and manage the relationships with clients/customers, and partners to grow the business efficiently and effectively Manage and coordinate internal departments of sales supporting and product manufacturing to respond to the customers’ requirements in a timely manner Initiate and support the developing of new products according to the needs of the market and the clients Participate in the marketing activities, such as exhibition, webinar and training, organized by the company or the major clients Other relevant tasks assigned by the company
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in business or engineering At least five years sales experience in the solar PV sector in EU markets Proven track record in the sales of the same or similar products Strong leadership capabilities and experience in management positions Customer orientated, with excellent communication skills Good commercial sense Self-motivated and proactive Fluent in English. Preferred with German/French/Chinese Willing to frequent business travel in the target area (50% of the time)
